What is Pickovo?
Pickovo is a cloud-based fleet, workshop, and spare-parts management platform built for African organisations. It connects every stakeholder in the vehicle lifecycle — fleet operators, garages, spare-parts shops, drivers, mechanics, inspection bodies, and regulatory authorities — in one unified, role-aware system.
Multi-tenant, fully isolated
Each organisation operates in its own workspace. Your vehicles, jobs, inventory, and reports are never visible to other organisations on the platform.
Role-based access control
Every user has a single role that determines exactly what they can see and do. Roles include Fleet Manager, Garage Admin, Spare Parts Admin, Driver, Mechanic, TIP Admin, and Regulatory Officer, among others.
Modular by design
Pickovo activates only the modules your organisation needs. A garage-only account sees the Workshop module. A fleet account sees Fleet + Marketplace. A spare-parts shop sees its own dedicated module.
Three supported languages
The entire interface is available in English, French, and Kinyarwanda. Each user can choose their preferred language independently.
Subscription plans
Each organisation operates on a plan — Trial, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise — that controls advanced features such as AI-assisted diagnosis and premium reporting.
